Giovanni’s lineup usually includes
First Pokémon: Persian (always his lead)
Second Pokémon: One of three rotating choices—often Nidoking, Garchomp, or Rhyperior
Third Pokémon: A Shadow Legendary (currently Shadow Regigigas)
Best Counters
Against Persian: Use strong Fighting-types like Lucario, Conkeldurr, or Machamp with Counter and Power-Up Punch/Cross Chop..
Against Nidoking or Rhyperior: Use Water- or Ice-types like Swampert, Kyogre, or Gyarados.
Against Shadow
